Here are what I think are some really fun newer colors from Mannington Mills. Laminate flooring colors and patterns get better every year. Patterns like these are so fantastic, it's hard to believe they are laminate.
Laminate is a very durable flooring. It will not wear, fade or stain and is a great weekend "do it yourself" project

Have you ever discussed the pros and cons of sand in place solid wood floor, prefinished solid flooring, manufactured woods, and laminate. Just a comparison of where to use what for what application. Might be interesting to hear your take. Cost vs perceived market values, wearability, character aging, etc. You know, all the fun stuff!
